Natalie Taylor is a sculptor
who incorporates living plant organisms into mechanical structures. Often
the works are kinetic, powered by the plants themselves. Sometimes purpose-built
greenhouse structures house the slowly evolving pieces. She has exhibited
widely across Europe and has recently completed two public art works in
Finland and Scotland. She lives in Edinburgh and teaches at Edinburgh
College of Art.
